Support 'Out And About'
We offer support to do day-to-day things in the local community including:
- Shopping for food or personal items
- Attending appointments, either medical or personal
- Collecting medication
- Going to the bank
- Paying bills
- Getting to know the local area
- Using public transport and learning how to use transport independently
- Being healthy e.g. exercise, support to go to the gym, swimming, etc
- Keeping safe in the community
- Building confidence
- Voluntary or paid work
